We offer reasonable pricing health care plans, insurance packages based on financial conditions of clients.

You can visit HealSoul Health Services during office hours. Appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome as well. If possible, please make a call ahead before visiting. This will allow us to arrange services and reduce your waiting time. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 
Upon request, HealSoul Health Services staff will provide instructions for individuals whose medical conditions need special attention and additional certificates. Normally, we provide up-to-80%-off or free health care for these cases with specific diseases and illnesses specified by the law.
 
HealSoul Health Services provide patients with choices to ask for the conducting and analyzing of several lab tests on-site at no cost for prioritized patients or at 70% for people with an insurance. Additional testing can be ordered off site; those costs are the responsibility of the enquirers.
 
Yes. Reproductive services are always available at HealSoul Health Services. Additionally, we also have an agreement in which all enrolled clients will only have to pay a nominal fee for the first visit for checkups. They will be exempt from this fee from their second visit.

We are a Home Healthcare Agency which means that we provide Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Personal Care Aides for service in the comfort of your home.  We furnish the elderly and infirm with the help to meet their individual, personal care needs so that they can remain in safe and familiar surroundings. Less often, we provide Skilled Nurses such at Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses when medical necessity dictates.

Sarah Care USA is owned and operated by a highly experienced Registered Nurse who long ago realized the need for quality homecare services.  We have history of providing Certified Home Health Aides to the elderly. Sarah Care USA Is licensed by the New York State Department of Health.

Sarah Care USA is a family run business that provides premier home health care to its clients while putting a premium on personal service and attention.  We look our clients as part of the Sarah Care USA family.

There are many different elements that loved ones may experience. No two conditions (or lifestyles) are the same. We would like to find out more about your loved one’s needs so we can help you find the best care. When you call our office our staff is well trained and expert at asking you the right questions so that a suitable care plan for specific situation can be developed and implemented.

They all go through a training course that is approved by the New York State Dept. of Health and are certified Home Health Aides or Certified Personal Care Aides.

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):  Personal Care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, transferring, positioning, feeding, oral hygiene.

  • Grocery Shopping & Meal Preparation, taking into account any Special Dietary Requirements
  • Light Housekeeping & Laundry
  • Escorting Clients to Doctor Visits or Other Appointments
  • Reminding Patient to Take Medications
  • Companionship & Conversation
  • Accompanying on walks, outings, & other pleasant events
  • Household Tasks & Various Personal Errands

Just call our office.  An intake coordinator will discuss your unique situation and requirements. Clients will receive information regarding costs, fees, and procedures at the time of inquiry. After that, a nursing supervisor will conduct an initial home visit to assess your needs and develop a comprehensive care plan. To be sure, we personally contact your physician and any other concerned health care professional in order to fine tune the treatment plan.

Generally, we can provide service within 24-48 hours after you request it

If you would like to change an aide for any reason, call the agency immediately and ask for a replacement and it will be taken care of right away

You can terminate service at any time. It is recommended that you give the agency 48 hours’ notice to ensure a smooth transition.
